Cloudly, the innovative massage insole brand, is looking for an experienced and energetic Store Manager to lead our team and manage the daily operations of our webshop. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the store, achieving sales targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, e-commerce management experience, and a passion for enhancing the well-being of our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of Cloudly’s online store, ensuring all processes run smoothly.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Manage inventory levels, product listings, and ensure accurate stock availability.
  • Monitor sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a store manager or in a similar e-commerce management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience using e-commerce platforms and retail management software.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
