Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Cloudly! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within 90 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

1. The Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The product was purchased in the last 100 days.

The product is in its original packaging.

The product isn't used or damaged.

You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Cloudly is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit. It is mandatory to use a shipping method including track & trace page so we can track the package. 

2. Shipping

To return the product, you can reach out to us on info@trycloudly.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Processing Your Return

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email at info@trycloudly.com. The same terms apply for exchanges as for returns.

6. Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

7. Damaged or Faulty Products

For products that are faulty, damaged or otherwise not as described upon delivery, the above return shipping cost will not apply. In such cases, if the return is approved, we will also cover the cost of the return shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
